Deddy Rizaldy & Partners was established in late 2023 with a clear proposition: complex legal matters should be approached with greater strategic depth, direct lawyer involvement, and independence of judgment.
From its inception, the Firm was conceived not merely as a provider of legal services, but as a legal institution capable of addressing disputes and regulatory issues in which legal doctrine, commercial interests, and public authority intersect.

Building the Practice
Establishing Our Legal Foundation
During its first full year of practice, DRP Law concentrated on strengthening the legal and institutional foundations of the Firm. The Firm's work increasingly involved matters requiring not only legal representation, but also close analysis of regulatory structures, commercial interests, and the conduct of public authorities.
This period established the working method that would become characteristic of DRP Law: careful examination of the factual record, rigorous legal analysis, direct engagement with decision-makers, and deliberate development of litigation strategy.

By 2025, the Firm had entered a broader stage of development. Its practice expanded across litigation, constitutional law, mining and natural resources, corporate and commercial law, capital markets, and insolvency.
The increasing complexity of the Firm's mandates reinforced DRP Law's approach to legal practice: every matter must be understood beyond the immediate dispute. Commercial consequences, regulatory exposure, institutional dynamics, and long-term legal positioning must form part of the strategy from the outset.
