Information We Receive
We may receive identification and contact information, organisation details, a general description of a matter, relevant parties, deadlines, correspondence, and any supporting document that you choose to submit.
Please do not submit passwords, banking credentials, original documents, identity numbers, passport details, or highly sensitive records unless the Firm has specifically requested them through an agreed secure channel.
Purpose of Processing
Information is used to review and respond to an inquiry, conduct an initial conflict check, assess whether the Firm may accept a proposed engagement, communicate with existing clients, respond to general or media enquiries, maintain security, and comply with applicable professional and legal obligations.
Access and Retention
Access is limited to authorised DRP Law personnel and service providers who require it for the purposes described above. Supporting documents submitted through the inquiry form are stored in a restricted server location and are not made available through public file links.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for review, conflict administration, record keeping, security, or applicable legal and professional obligations.
No Engagement by Submission
Sending information does not create an advocate-client relationship, does not mean that the Firm has accepted a matter, and does not make DRP Law responsible for a deadline. An engagement begins only after conflict review, formal acceptance, and confirmation of the terms of engagement.
